Beth is a Registered Massage Therapist with an Advanced Diploma from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, and additional certifications in Kinesio Taping and Cupping.

She brings a unique blend of experience from both the healthcare and hospitality industries, offering a calm, attentive, and people-focused approach to every treatment. Her background has shaped her ability to create a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and well cared for.

Alongside her massage therapy practice, Beth is also an owner of a locally run restaurant, Sawyer’s Craft BBQ. Being part of a small business community has reinforced the importance of connection, care, and attention to detail—values that naturally carry into her clinical work.

As a new mother and expecting mom, Beth has a lived understanding of the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and the postpartum period. This insight allows her to approach pregnancy massage with empathy, respect, and thoughtful care.
